28 cities and counties in Hubei enjoy the preferential policies for Western Development

According to reports, the development of the western province cf policies in 28 counties (cities), is divided into three categories: poverty, revolution and minority regions; including Macheng, Yang County , Yun County, Yunxi, Zhushan County, Zhuxi County Housing County. These counties (cities) may cause in the community (education, medical and health) and infrastructure (water, roads, etc.) building, enjoy preferential policies related to the Western Development.
