Government price cost supervision and examination regulations: not included in the cost of the subsidiary unit subsidy
BEIJING, Aug. 2 announced the State Council Legislative Affairs Office on the 2nd "Government Supervision and Examination Regulations Price Costs (Exposure Draft)" provides no legal regulations handed over to the competent authorities the cost of the industry, to subsidiaries, Subsidies paid shall not be included in the cost price.
the draft, there are six types of costs not included in the cost price. Among them, there is no legal requirement to hand over charge of the industry sector the cost of subsidies paid to the subsidiary unit expenses, not included in the pricing of the costs.
five other costs not included in the cost price are: (a) laws and administrative regulations, financial accounting systems and regulations shall not be included in the cost of production and operation expenses; (b) the operator of non-sustainable, non-normal production and operation costs incurred, but natural disasters and other related costs caused by force majeure, except; (c) and the government set prices of goods not related to costs of production and business activities; (d) expenditures for production and operation shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Government free investment and government subsidies, other government incentives to compensation, contributions to the community free of charge with the cost of write-downs; (e) all kinds of donations, sponsorship, fines, liquidated damages and other expenses.
