Reserve price set by Huafa shares down to 11.28 yuan / share
Huafa shares (600 325) on August 12 night announced plans to adjust the stock of non-public issuance of notice, the company intends to release the reserve price from the 14.27 yuan / share down to 11.28 yuan / share. The number of non-public offering of shares of not more than 2.5 billion shares, raising the total amount of not more than 4.5 billion. Raised funds to be invested in six projects in Zhuhai Huafa Park, Zhuhai Huafa blue castle project, Zhuhai Hua Fayun Lake Valley Project and Ya-Ju Park 1 A Huafa Dalian area projects.
